How does the service work?
The TaxReset.com Residential Reassessment is the easiest way to get your property
reassessed. After receiving your answers to a few basic questions, such as
your property address and square footage, we build an electronic research package about
your property. We then perform a thorough valuation determination of your
property.
After we determine your property's value, we collect the supporting documents, fill out the paperwork and send you a complete package that only requires your signature. You simply review, sign
the paperwork and send it to the county in our pre-addressed and stamped envelope!
There can't be a simpler way to get your property reassessed.

When will I get charged?
Your credit card will not be charged unless we determine there is enough evidence
to support a request for reassessment from the county tax assessor. If we don't
think your property taxes can be lowered, there is absolutely no charge to you!

What are the fees for the service?
Our basic service, the Residential Reassessment, is a one-time fee of only $59.95.
Our fee covers everything needed to file your county's reassessment forms including
data gathering, valuation, copies and submission. See the Services

How long does the process take?
To place the original order, it takes about two minutes... we've timed it!
We can complete processing most orders the same business day.
We mail the completed orders First Class US Mail, so you will get the documentation
within one to two business days of placing your order.
